The JP Rebel Grom is a fun, versatile performance board designed to help young surfers make the transition from larger learner boards to their first true high-performance shortboard. Combining easy paddling, forgiving performance and responsive handling, the Rebel Grom builds confidence while allowing groms to develop progressive surfing skills. Fast, playful and highly adaptable, it performs equally well as a Thruster or Quad, making it the perfect progression board for surfers ready to take the next step.

A balanced performance outline provides excellent paddle power and easy wave entry while maintaining the responsiveness needed for developing confident rail-to-rail surfing.

Rocker

A moderate rocker profile generates effortless speed and smooth transitions, helping young surfers build confidence across a wide range of wave conditions.

Rails

Medium rails offer the ideal balance of forgiveness, drive and responsiveness, making progression easier while still allowing progressive manoeuvres.

Tail

Available with Squash, Round or Swallow tail configurations to suit different wave types and surfing styles.

Fins

Designed with a Five-Fin setup, allowing the board to be ridden as either a Thruster or Quad using Futures or FCS II fin systems.
